1. Your system was installed by Centauri Systems

2. Your project is residential

3. Your installation falls within the program timeframe

4. Your system is fully installed, turned on, and final payment has been made

This rebate becomes available after your system is turned on (Permission to Operate) and your final invoice has been paid.
