“Build it right, every time.”
Caleb Sanders
Operations Manager
I’ve been in the construction/solar industry since
2017
Something you won’t get from reading my bio:
I once tried to fix my own dirt bike engine and somehow ended up with extra parts left over. It still runs, but I’m not sure how.
I make sure every project moves smoothly from start to finish, stays on schedule, and meets Centauri’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
I’ve spent more than eight years in residential and commercial construction, and that experience shapes how I approach every project at Centauri. Before getting into solar, I worked in framing, which taught me how homes come together from the ground up and how to spot potential issues before they become problems. That hands-on background helps me plan and manage projects with precision and confidence, making sure everything stays on schedule and up to our standards.
Joining the solar industry felt like a natural next step for me. I’ve always liked working with my hands and building things that last, and solar gives me the chance to do that while also helping homeowners make smart, sustainable upgrades. I really enjoy the process of connecting construction know-how with clean energy solutions that will serve families for decades.
One project that really stands out to me is what we call the “legendary Goodridge job.” It was tough, but it brought our whole crew together. Everyone worked hard, stayed positive, and delivered something we could all be proud of. That’s the kind of teamwork and craftsmanship I love being part of.
What keeps me excited about this work is seeing how solar improves people’s homes and communities. It’s not just about installing panels, it’s about building something that makes a difference and stands the test of time.
Favorite Place
Duluth and the North Shore, where the outdoors meets rugged beauty.
Best Part of My Job
Meeting with homeowners and planning projects that will serve them for decades.
Community Involvement
I take pride in being part of a company that genuinely invests in the communities we serve.
Fun Fact
I hold an FAA UAS General License, which lets me fly drones for site assessments and inspections that make project planning safer and more accurate.
My Most Memorable Project
Being part of the “legendary Goodridge job,” which was as challenging as it was rewarding thanks to the teamwork and camaraderie that made it happen.
“Solar is a big commitment, but it might be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make for your home’s value and curb appeal.”
Life Beyond Solar
Where work ends and life keeps shining
I’m happiest doing anything that involves motors, building, or being outdoors. Whether I’m riding, tinkering, or taking in a weekend up north, I like staying active and working with my hands.
