“Details make a difference.”
Tiffany Hering
Office Manager
I’ve been in the solar industry since
2019
Something you won’t get from reading my bio:
I’m usually the one who finds whatever my husband loses; keys, wallet, tools, you name it.

I keep Centauri’s projects and operations running smoothly by coordinating teams, managing details, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I joined Centauri during its early years, right as the company was starting to take off. What began as helping out where needed quickly turned into a full-time role in project management and operations. Over time, I’ve helped build the systems and processes that keep our projects running smoothly and our teams connected.
As Project Manager, I coordinate day-to-day project details, manage office operations, and make sure communication flows between crews, customers, and partners. I like solving problems, filling in gaps, and keeping things moving forward no matter what comes up. Around the office, I’m often called the “glue” of the team, and honestly, I take that as the highest compliment.
Outside of work, I’m a mom, a multitasker, and someone who enjoys helping others however I can. Whether it’s organizing community projects or supporting school solar fundraisers, being part of something that gives back is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
Favorite Place
My favorite place in Minnesota is anywhere my family is. Whether we’re at home, at the park, or on a weekend adventure, that’s where I’m happiest.
Best Part of My Job
I love being the connection point between our teams and customers and seeing projects come together from start to finish.
Community Involvement
I help lead Centauri’s partnerships with schools and manage finances for community-focused projects, including Best Christmas Ever. Being able to give back and support local families is one of my favorite parts of the job.
Fun Fact
I have three dogs, and at this point, I’m pretty sure they run the house more than I do.
My Most Memorable Project
The art studio with frameless glass panels stands out as my favorite installation. It showed how solar can be both functional and beautiful, and it was one of those projects where everything just came together perfectly.
“Being a mom and a project manager aren’t all that different; both take patience, organization, and a lot of creative problem-solving.”
Life Beyond Solar
Where work ends and life keeps shining
Outside of work, I’m a mom first and always. Most of my time is spent with family, finding creative outlets, or working on small projects around the house. I like staying busy, being outdoors, and finding little ways to make every day meaningful.
