Why did you choose solar?
For Andrew and his wife, it came down to the money. If the numbers worked, they wanted a strong system that would cover as much of the family's usage as possible. A large two-story home with a big, open roof gave them plenty of room to do exactly that.
What was your buying process like?
Andrew found Centauri through EnergySage and compared several proposals. Instead of a single quote, Zach put together three system options at different sizes so they could see the trade-offs side by side. Andrew and his wife picked the one that made the most sense, a 45-panel, 19.8 kW system across the main roof and the garage, and signed the day after their first meeting.
Why did you choose Centauri?
In Andrew's words, our proposal was "the most cost effective and comprehensive compared to all of the other bids." Seeing three clear options made the decision easy.

Is your system producing at the estimated rate?
Yes. It is a big system across the main roof and the garage, and it is doing what it was built to do. Each of the 45 panels has its own Enphase IQ8AC microinverter, so production is tracked panel by panel.
How was the installation process?
Xcel required an extra review, and our team handled it. Once it cleared, we got Andrew in early on a last-minute opening. The crew finished in two days and everything passed inspection on the first try, well ahead of the original schedule.

Would you recommend Centauri to a friend?
Andrew left a five-star Google review: "The team was responsive and answered all of my questions. They made the process painless and delivered well ahead of schedule."
